Success Seminars are offered free of charge to students and the community. The 30-minute seminars begin at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursday in the Learning Center (SFA 200). For students needing to improve grammar skills, the Success Series offers a grouping of classes that will not only prepare students for the required Grammar Proficiency Exam but also bring success in the English classroom.

This Tony Award winning musical is based on the unfinished mystery novel “The Mystery of Edwin Drood” by Charles Dickens.
Come experience this energetic and highly-interactive murder-mystery-musical set in our 1890’s English Music Hall. Enjoy a wild cast of characters, sing along with the show and cast your vote for “whodunit.”

| FACULTY ART SHOW |

The LSC-Kingwood's Center for the Arts is proud to present the 2008 Faculty Faculty Show, which runs Sept. 9-26 with an opening reception on Sept. 9 from 6-7 p.m. The exhibit will showcase a variety of works by many talented faculty members in ceramics, glass, photography and painting.
This year the exhibit will include works from Mari Omori, Joe Kagle, Gerard Baldwin, Erich Schmalhorst, Melanie Loew, Cory Cryer, Divya Murthy, and Julon Pinkston.
Gallery hours during this exhibit are Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. till 5 p.m. Gallery is closed on the weekends.

| SPRING BREAK TRIP |

Join LSC-Kingwood for a fabulous spring break trip to Italy—Rome, Assisi, Florence and Venice from March 6-14.
This custom trip is a tremendous value at $2,789 which includes air fare, hotels, insurance, three dinners, seven buffet breakfasts, tour guide, and entrance to numerous attractions. An optional trip to Pisa is available as well.
