  • Attended Houston Community College in Houston Texas where he earned his AAS in Respiratory Care in 1974
  • Passed the National Board for Respiratory Care Registry Exam in 1977
  • Supervisor of respiratory therapists at Memorial Hospital, Central in 1973
  • Director of Respiratory Therapy at Heights Hospital 1974-1975
  • Regional Education Coordinator for Respiratory Therapy Services in 1974-1979
  • Operations Manager of Cardio-Diagnostics, Inc. [Echocardiographics] in 1979-1981
  • Amtek Medical Supply sales representative 1981-1986
  • Tomball Regional Hospital staff therapist 1987
  • Joined Kingwood College as Director of Clinical Education in 1987
  • Nominated once  for teacher of the year
  • co-author of educational videos " Understanding the Cell Membrane" and "First-Aid and CPR  " produced by E.V.N. in 1997
  • Established science scholarship funded by the above videos in 1998
  • Graduate of the Center for Technology & Distance Learning & certified as a Distance Learning Instructor in 1998.
  • In 2004 Bill was elected as Republican party precinct chairman for the 64th precinct of Montgomery County.
  • In 2004, Bill was appointed by the commissioners’ court as Election Judge for precinct 64.
