| In
competition with undergraduate and GRADUATE students from 45 colleges in
eight states, the Kingwood College Respiratory Care students received high
marks for their research poster on Arterial Oxygen Tension in Older Americans:
A Clinical Research Project at the Fifth Annual Student Conference on Research
and Creative Arts at the University of Houston Clear Lake yesterday. Joanna
Hollman, a December graduate of the program, presented the research poster
on behalf of her colleagues. She received straight 9.0’s out of possible
10.0 in all evaluation rankings on the logic, scientific merit, and presentation
of the study. Thirty students attended the conference.
